Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
At Specbound Designs, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our VersaMAST products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy.
30-Day Return Window
You may return your VersaMAST product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all components included
- Free from damage, scratches, or signs of installation
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@versamast.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Include your order number and reason for return in your email
- Wait for our team to respond with your RMA number and return shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your product for a different size or color, please contact us at info@versamast.com. We will work with you to arrange the exchange. The same return conditions apply to exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@versamast.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed or show signs of use
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
- Custom or specially ordered items (if applicable)
Product Warranty
This return policy is separate from our product warranty. VersaMAST products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims on installed products, please contact us at info@versamast.com.
